Outstanding experience overall from the booking of my appointment with Chris (Manager) and the very kind offer of a new model courtesy car to keep me mobile while my car was in the shop, right through to receiving a detailed invoice (very reasonable pricing) at the end! Totally impressed. I had multiple issues I needed addressed on my car and the professional staff provided me with a thorough assessment of my vehicle status. They even texted me the report with pictures of the areas of concern along with recommendations and options for repairs so I could decide and have them repair the issues while they had my car rather than automatically having to book a future appointment. I took care of the priority areas and will plan a future booking to complete the other issues as they’re not urgent. I have been to other mechanics around town and spent $$$$ and one of my vehicles still doesn’t work. I came to GRiP and they were attentive. They listened. They asked questions. They worked with us. They made sure I got home and back to shop. Guy that drove me back to shop was incredibly nice and just let me chatter on and on. The bill was extremely reasonable and my car was returned cleaner then when I dropped it off. Can’t wait to take them my other vehicle. Found our go to mechanics.
