I work for a car dealership in Abbotsford, a customer came in needing a specific set of vehicle keys that no one else could cut. Every step of the process was made easier working with Doug's key mart. They helped me coordinate an appointment time with my customer, and took time out of their day just to make sure the machine was set up perfectly. I highly recommend getting any locksmith service done here, quick, professional, and experienced technicians will be there to help you out.

Excellent costumer service from Doug's key mart! I needed a key cut for my bike rack lock, but I didn't have a key or any information on the key... chase was able to haul my bike rack Into the shop, inspect the lock, cut three keys and haul the bike rack back to my vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this establishment for any of their services, thanks again chase & team.

Great fast and friendly service. I needed locks changed quickly and they were able to squeeze me in the day I called. The locksmith was patient and helped me understand ways to improve my home security. Even helped me reset my garage code and remote. Great company.

The Aldergrove youth soccer club has been victim to multiple attempts to break into our storage containers. The whole team at ATC Lock have supplied both great products, and services, in emergency situations that have kept our equipment safe and the wrong people out. I highly recommend this company.

Was recommended from a friend , Ryan was great to deal with and the price was right for my replacement key and fob. Quick and friendly service , even gave me a battery boost apparently my battery didn't like -20c arctic weather . Thanks Ryan.

My door couldn’t open or close with the key and after trying various times I bent the key. I gave up and called Around the Clock and, as the company name indicates, the locksmith came promptly to my business and told me the lock or the key were not the problems but the heavy door’s hinges that were misaligning the door. Ryan not only fixed the door but straighten my key and lubricated the lock and now it works perfectly! My husband and I have had only good experiences here. Whether it be for car fobs, or for house keys. They were even able to cut us some keys for a lock that was around 70 years old that the keys are no longer produced for. They had the stock because they've been in business for 75 years, I guess.

Very friendly service with a smile. They were able to give me a new working FOB in about 10 minutes. Doug's couldn't do it in 40. I recommend this business for auto key FOBS. Way cheaper than the dealer and great service.

Dean was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Fantastic service, especially for a minor emergency on a long weekend.
