CHARTWELL LYNNWOOD REVIEWS

Heather was so patient and kind with us as we were making the decision on which residence would work best for our Mum. She showed us all different residences in Chilliwack and showed us all the amenities each had to offer. In April 2024 - we moved our Mum into the Lynnwood, our Mum has been doing very well there and is enjoying all the wonderful activities, socials & entertainment the Lynnwood offers. They take such good care of all the residents and facilities. Our Mum is enjoying getting to know all the residents which are always so welcoming and love to chat. Thank you Heather, your great customer service has made us feel so good about the decision we made.

My mother moved into Lynnwood in Aug 2023. One thing I've learned over the years is it takes time for change. The staff at Lynnwood recognizes this and has been very good in helping with this change. They have been accommodating and sincere in helping mom adapt to her new life style. The building is clean and presentable with various activities ongoing. Dinners have been well presented and tasty also. Thank you to the staff and management for helping my mother settle in to her new home. Cheers...

Today it is one month since I officially moved into my lovely, clean suite. I feel very thankful to be here. I miss my loving husband (who passed away recently), very much but I feel that this is the right place for me to be in my stage of life now. Every staff member is kind and accommodating. The meals are delicious! I appreciate the services and entertainment, like the laundry room.....Church services...etc that are provided. Lynnwood provides us with a place to feel loved and appreciated. A Grateful Resident

WAVERLY SENIORS VILLAGE REVIEWS

My family & I recently placed our Mum in the Waverly and we mostly dealt with Sarah. She was incredible to deal with & during this time our Father passed away and quickly Sarah provided our Mum with a bed in LTC as she was not able to move into Assisted Living without our Father. Sarah was so professional, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She interacted with many members of our family and we all LOVE her to bits. She’s amazing. For the short time our Mum was living there she was well taken care of and well loved and it’s such an awesome place. Our Mum has since been moved to Maple Ridge which is closer to our family but I would 100% recommend anyone to visit this place and consider it for their LOVED ONE. The Waverly is a great place with a HOME FEEL & Sarah and her Staff are all AMAZING ! Go and check it out and ask for SARAH RIDDELL, u will be happy u did.

This is a wonderful place to have your loved one go when they next step in their life - My dear Aunt was here in 2002 and she was dealt with such dignity- care - love - compassion and enrichment into her life - If you or your loved one are looking for assisted or long term care - you have found the place - care staff are wonderful and Food and Recreation were/are great as well! highly recommended!

I find everyone cheerful and helpful, I started working here Nov 10, 2021 as RCA, I noticed how the whole team care about the residents. We respect them and treat them like our own families. Looking forward to serve and assist more residents here in Waverly because I love and enjoyed working here. Engaging with our residents and seeing them happy and smiling makes my day complete.

THE CASCADES REVIEWS

I have so much respect for the volunteers, nurses and staff at the hospice at cascades. The room was perfect and the care for my mother was superb. The food was excellent and my mother was bathed every day and changed. Special thanks to Nurse Practitioner Sean Young and Nurse Debbie. My brother Bruce Smith and myself thank you very much.

This is a fantastic facility. The staff are super nice. The grounds are well kept. When someone is ill and at that point in life they meed to be somewhere that can care for my them properly so they can pass pain free and with dignity. Thank you Cascade Hospice for caring for a dear friend. It’s hard to believe tomorrow, July 12 2022 will be 3 years since I sat with my friend Lenard Wilson as he took his wings. Miss u so much

A very caring facility. It was a great comfort to have my Mother there. She was very well cared for by all the staff in the Hospice. My thanks and gratitude to all who work there.
