APPARTEMENTS DOMAINE BELLERIVE REVIEWS

For pet owners, this is a great building for your dogs. There are several large open fields for the dogs to run around and play with eachother, great for socializing. The neighbours are kind and welcoming. Soundproof walls so you don't anyone next door or above. You can hear from the hallways but that's normal for any apartment. Any maintenance I needed was address within a day, staff is very helpful. I personally have had a good experience living here.

Special thanks to Rosalie for her great service and her professionalism. She will always come through no matter what is our need. She is very helpful and respectful. We are very lucky to have her in Capreit team. Thank you Rosalie!

Eliana has been an incredible help during the entire process. At the beginning, I had spoken with a few of her colleagues who never returned my calls which resulted in missing out on an available unit. CENTRAL PARC LAVAL REVIEWS

Lived in the Central Parc condos for a year now and have to say the building, unit and service has been great from day 1! Upon moving in the management team specifically Vanessa went above and beyond to always ensure we were fully taken care of and felt supported in the transition. Vanessa made our experience exceptional and we are grateful for her effort in helping us whenever we needed anything. Would highly recommend this building to anyone I know.

We had a tour of several apartments with Liza yesterday. She took a lot of time to show us everything in detail - even though we are not sure yet if we will take an apartment, we felt comfortable and welcomed from the first second. The apartments, the public areas (cinema, gym, lounge and terrace with a stunning view) look luxurious and well maintained. I highly recommend to book a tour to anyone who is interested.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. The apartments are well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Safe place for families too. Overall, it's a great place to live!

CONDOS LOCATIFS SOLÉA - PLAN A REVIEWS

Ex-manager of the building and ex-tenant for the last 3 years. I've made a lot of great friends over the past few years It felt like a small village With 400 units and almost 1200 tenants, you can't help but make friends you see them everyday. The maintenance team and the cleaning crew are super sweet and helpful The management team are always there to help and reply to your emails within 24 hours. There are no issues that they can't resolve I definitely recommend this building If I didn't buy a house I wouldn't have moved. It was a pleasure working with everyone and it was a pleasure serving the tenants I wish everybody all the best.

Entering my condo was like entering a tranquil haven. The common lounge area is a great place to unwind or chat with neighbors, and it feels trendy and inviting. Whenever I have had questions, the management team has been quick to respond.

About six months into my stay, I still find myself praising how well-kept everything is. The common spaces are always clean and incredibly inviting. It's clear that the staff takes pride in the space.
