Excellent service and VERY competitive pricing.. i have been on the fence about changing my mattress, and i finally decided to change. We were served by Vincent, and he was absolutely amazing. I ended up purchasing the TempurPedic Pro Adapt in Soft with the adjustable Ergo frame. All i can say is wow. Incredible product, but more importantly great service at the store. Ask for Vincent, you will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the service at this location. Zachary was our sales rep. No pressure in the sales at all and he took a WHOLE HOUR to have us try at least 5-7 different mattresses and pillows. The delivery was perfect as well. No issues, everything was installed great. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you to the Dormez Vous team.

We had the best service with Zineb!! We managed to decide what is best for us and she was there for details but discreet to allow us the privacy that we needed Thank you Zineb.

Super service. Il n’y avait malheureusement pas de matelas sur place qui répondait exactement à nos besoins, mais on a continué quand même à nous aider et à nous conseiller pour trouver le bon matelas. Jamais vu ça ailleurs. Un gros merci.

Nous avons été un peu craintifs en entrant car le magasin ressemble davantage à un entrepôt qu'à une boutique bon chic bon genre. L'accueil fut courtois et sympathique. Le service tout à fait professionnel et attentionné, l'écoute de nos besoins et une réponse adaptée très agréables. Merci Bruno.
