Service exceptionnel de la part de Riccardo. Communication très rapide et soutien pour un ajout de dernière minute. On a remplacé 7 fenêtres et 1 porte patio. The prices were very competitive. The men who came to install our 17 windows were all very professional. They each had their individual jobs to do on each window installation and worked very well, coordinated and efficient. They were careful not to disrupt any items in their way and the placed carpets on the floors in each room while working in the room. Very respectful and amiable men. They finished their work as promised and cleaned up before they left my house.

Excellent product, excellent service, excellent price ... would highly recommend. The entire team at Royalty from the sales team to the installation team was very professional and helpful with any inquiries I had. These windows were installed in Aug. 2022 and I have seen a huge improvement with my energy bill and overall comfort in the colder months. Love the results.

We've used Royalty Windows three times at different houses and their service has always been top notch, amazing! They're quick, efficient and clean and professional. I would recommend them 100% they recently installed our front door.
