EXCELLE MACHINE À COUDRE REVIEWS

I am a beginner in sewing and I bought my first sewing machine from Excelle sewing machine (I bought a Husqvarna Jade 20). Carole was able to direct me to the best machine for my needs and my budget. I received a real VIP service: they took the time to let me try the machine, to explain how it worked and all the services to which I was entitled. I really felt confident with this first purchase! The experience was really satisfying, thank you Carole.

I received exceptional, attentive, five star quality customer service. Smiling and welcoming people. I am delighted with my purchase, I would not hesitate to recommend Excelle Sewing Machine.

A big thank you to Ms. Claudine Larochelle for her good service during and after sales, as well as to Ms. Marie Pelletier for sending me all the information I needed.

CLINIQUE DE LA MACHINE À COUDRE REVIEWS

It had been several years since I had used my old Singer 237, not only did it need a good tune-up, but the winder no longer worked and I had broken the stitch arm... part not found. Well, it's fixed. It is now the Cadillac of old machines. It works very well and I am very very happy.

I went there to put in order an old SInger that I had inherited. How happy I was to get it back in perfect condition like new. In addition, what can I say about the pleasure I had in being served by people who love what they do.

Vraiment super service!

Reply

PÉNÉLOPE MACHINES À COUDRE LAVAL REVIEWS

I am a grandmother who is starting out in sewing. For Christmas, I chose a sewing machine with embroidery functions. I had a private session to fully understand the functions. The Team is professional, kind and dedicated. Bravo to the whole team for their dedication to a grandma who is just starting out. Thank you Rosalie Thank you to the whole team. Bravo Bravo Bravo. I can't wait to register for 2024 training.

I have purchased 2 overlockers and a sewing machine from Penelope since August 2019. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. They will take the time necessary to ensure they understand your skills and help you choose the right machine. Additionally, the maintenance of the sewing machines is excellent.

Alexander is an incredibly gentle, professional, and patient sewing machine mechanic. His expertise ensures flawless repairs and adjustments, making him the perfect choice for any sewing machine needs. Highly recommended! Gregory.
