The building managers, Gail and Tom, are fantastic and they are there when you need them. They go above and beyond for their tenants, and they keep the building very clean and well maintained. A friendly and safe place to live! Thank you to all staff and management team, especially Gail and Tom!
Gail is an excellent landlord! She is kind, understanding and easy to talk to. Her and her husband have been on top of keeping the building sanitary and safe, with all COVID-19 precautions in place. They maintain the grounds well and have been on top of snow removal! We are grateful for them both!
The Building Managers (Gail and Tom) are lovely individuals to care for this building. They are dutiful and go out of their way to improve the quality of living for us tenants. I cannot say enough great things of them! Thank you Gail and Tom for all you do for the tenants of 50 Capulet Lane.
