From start to finish, my experience with Lexi was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first interaction, my family was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping me find an apartment at 939 Western. Lexi was incredibly responsive and was always available to answer my questions or address any concerns I had. She was patient and thorough in explaining the various home options available to me.

I find Patricia to be a very personable and pleasant CLV employee. She is the one who is always on site and answering questions. Patricia does an exemplary job keeping the buildings clean and well maintained. If ever I have a problem, I know that Patricia will be prompt with her help.

The location is ideal for Western students. The unit is clean and new. Lexi is also a wonderful & kind manager! Helpful responses and maintenance needs are always handled promptly. 5/5 for students who wish to live close to university.

Shannon went out of her way to assure all of my questions were answered, thoroughly! She helped me get into a new place, in a short period of time! Super accommodating, best pre rental experience that I have had in London!

The crew working over here is very friendly. Especially Narci, always help us whenever we need any help. We enjoyed living here.

The rental process was pretty easy, Harmon and her crew were comprehensive and led us to find the best place for my family.

WYNDFIELD PLACE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Our experience here for the last just about 3 years, has been awesome. The staff here are great, and the maintenance man Steve is great too, work always done on time. No worries. Cleaning lady keeps the apartment building spotless and is very nice to see each morning. Emillio has a smile each time I see him at work. Staff all around are awesome working people, I suggest this is a great place for a family to live altogether here. Come and be a part of the Capriet renters. Security is great here too, as underground parking too. Keep up the GREAT WORK, CAPRIET, you rock.

I have lived at these apartments since 2015. Capreit, the Company that owns the apartments, really care about their tenants. They fix issues in a timely manner. The community is great at both buildings. It is very convenient and close to buses and stores. Great place to live! I have no complaints.

I highly recommend Wynfield Place Apartments. Shelley and Jovanka have always been amazing.
