Got my brakes fixed. Competitive pricing and excellent customer service from Dan and his team. Dan especially went over and above and fixed my car faster than expected. I have tried many places across Ontario, these guys are the best when it comes to quality of work and people. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Really great service. They were thorough and explained things to me before preparing a quote. The work was completed quickly with same day service. I really appreciated the staff offering to stay a few minutes late, if I needed them to, when picking up my vehicle. Very professional and courteous staff. I will definitely go back in the future.

Outstanding Dan is amazing to deal with. I would not trust my car with anyone else. Cliff does such a great job.we have taken our car to Dan for years and will continue to do so

I had a great experience at Meineke on Wellington! The team was highly professional and provided excellent service while working on my car. They not only took care of the issue I came in for but also walked me through other areas that might need attention in the future. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and thorough inspection. It’s reassuring to know I have a reliable place to take my car. Highly recommended!

I had steering issues on Canada Day and was able to get the car in the next morning to have it looked at. Even though they were very busy after the holiday, everyone was very attentive and pleasant. They went through the issue with me and a few other things they found. Never felt any pressure to get unnecessary work done - and had my car on the road again by Monday. Overall a great experience. 11/10 customer service and 11/10 repairs. Went to this shop with a list of issues and was unsure if it was worth my time getting them repaired as my vehicle is old and rusty. They gave me their honest opinions and didnt screw me over by telling me to get things fixed that weren’t urgent or 100% necessary. And the prices were great! Way cheaper than the last place I went to, and the customer service was amazing. They kept me very up to date and explained things to me kindly as I told them I wasnt knowledgeable about cars. They also have a cute dog in the front office area so that was a bonus lol

I couldn't recommend Wortley Auto more! They've become my go to mechanic in London. Excellent work, the best customer service and they have always gone above and beyond to explain issues and schedule repairs quickly. Always for a fair price!
