Got my car stolen and lost my keys in the process. These guys were able to come out promptly to help me make a car key for my vehicle. This is the second time I’m using these guys and tony was awesome. I will recommend.

Amazing and fast service that is reasonably priced. Ian came out to change a broken door lock today on a door that wouldn’t open on our home. He found the issue in a couple minutes and had the door open in no time. The lock and handle were replaced quickly and the years of experience were apparent. Friendly and trustworthy both in person and scheduling in someone to come. Very happy I called Rustys! Highly recommend.

We are writing this review to let everyone know what an AMAZING place this is. We called because we had a problem with our deadbolt at work. From the first communication on the phone to when Ian showed up to fix it perfectly was maybe 1/2hr. Such a great guy. Thank you for helping us out so quickly.

We lost our keys to our bike rack. RustyLock and Key to the rescue. We dropped off the rack and in under an hour we were all fixed up. Kind, considerate and great to work with everything you want in retail and a locksmith shop.
