3 Best Window Companies in London, ON

We have been very happy with our experience with Heritage Windows - the product is excellent, Jay and Scott were great to work with and answer our questions and concerns and the installation team were a dream to work with. They took exceptional care to make the install so professionally done in a timely manner - much faster than we expected (which is where their experience and skill was very noticeable), it was neat and they were happy to work with us in some of the more confined locations. All in all an excellent experience. We would recommend your company to anyone who asks - and our neighbours and people walking by already did before your sign went up. :).

We have had several windows in our house replaced by Heritage Renovations over the past few years. From initial visit for consultation and quote to completion of job, everything has been completed to high standards. We are very pleased with this company.

Absolutely loved working with the team at Heritage to replace my windows, storm door and sliding doors. They made it easy, worked with me for convenient appointments and the installers were efficient and very polite!.

We had our patio door replaced by Douglas Window and Door a year ago and was very satisfied with the service and door quality. This year it was time to replace all our windows and we knew exactly where to go. We dealt with Christina for sales, Sean for measurements and Greg and crew for installation. Our experience with all was great. We added 3 new windows to replace 1 in our back room and therefore had to have the siding also replaced. Our house is older and to keep that feel inside we asked that sills be added to certain windows. Workmanship was excellent. The result is beautiful. Thank you! Joan and Bill W With 11 windows and one door to replace, I made sure that I did lots of research and received quotes from 7 companies. Douglas was one of the lowest prices. I eventually decided on them because the salesperson (Brandon) was the most responsive of the companies to quote. I am very pleased with the results. Sean and the installation team did a great job and I could tell the card about the end result. The guy who did the flashing on the outside (don’t recall his name) insisted on redoing a piece because it didn’t meet his exacting standards (even though it looked fine to me). I recommended them to my neighbour who is also getting a few windows replaced. I have my basement windows to do eventually and for sure will be calling Douglas.

I have been more than satisfied with Douglas Window and Door Inc., and their professional installation of my windows. The workers were polite and helpful, cleaned up afterwards and did an excellent job. I would strongly recommend this company for all doors and windows.

The communication from Douglas Window & Door is ongoing so we were always aware of the next step. The installation of our new door was done efficiently and professionally. It looks great!.
