My little dog Bella got out and was running around outside. A Good Samaritan picked her up and brought her back and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Lord and thank you Neelum Amjad (my angel) at the front desk for her absolutely wonderful help in telephoning and posting pics. I am deaf and Neelum has always gone far beyond to help me when I needed it. All the staff at Richmond Woods are just wonderful people and I recommend Richmond Wood without any hesitation at all. All of the staff at Richmond Woods Apartments are excellent! We have been very impressed. At this time we especially want to commend Neelum (at the main reception desk). She is always very friendly and personable, meets everyone with a smile, always takes time for any questions, is very knowledgeable, and is thus much appreciated.

We are very happy with our choice of moving to Richmond Woods. From Neelum, at Reception, who welcomes all with a warm, helpful and efficient manner, to friendly staff and residents, all help us to feel at home.

Can't say enough about the Chartwell retirement residence, from the staff to the front desk reception, they are friendly and professional, you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, like a big family, you know you are in good hands, and that you family member will be taken good care off. I had been looking for a place where my Mother would feel at home and have a good life. First time I walked into Chartwell, I was welcomed by Jeff Rikley, the "Sales Consultant", who made me feel at ease, he is friendly and professional, he explained everything to me, and I knew right away, that this was a good place and the right place for my Mother. Same thing goes for Geiler Maya the "Food service Manager" who always check with me if my Mother is happy and if there is anything he can do to improve things. I would highly recommend Chartwell to anybody, who is looking for a retirement residence for a family member, as this is the best place I was able to find for my Mother.

My Mom and Dad had been in hospital, and we had already been very interested in Chartwell Riverside and had been in contact with Jeff previously. Jeff was able to assist my folks starting on a Tuesday, and by Friday they had moved in! Heather had done the assessment of my folks in order to make a plan that met their needs- physically, nutritionally, etc... Everything was coordinated from medications to PSW assistance- everything was so well organized and a perfectly smooth transition. The grounds, and the residence are beautiful and spacious and the food is like fine dining. I cant say enough about the staff and their very friendly, laid back and fun personalities. I can't thank Jeff, Heather, and Elaine, and many others in making my folks feel safe, and giving us peace of mind knowing that they are enjoying themselves and feel like they are on vacation. I am writing this on a Wednesday- which means its "happy hour" for my folks this afternoon!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Moved my parents into this facility this week and the transition couldn’t have been more seamless. Staff was so welcoming, made us feel like part of the family. Parents are very happy and are loving the experience from the facility itself, the staffs attention to detail and the catering to their specific needs and of course, the food. I left them feeling relieved that they are in a safe and welcoming environment.
