I wanted to give a shout out to the Admin team and the Maintenance team. The admin are so kind and helpful. The buildings are gorgeous. The events they put on are fantastic. They really want to build a community, not just an apartment building. I will say however, the maintenance team comprised of Chris, Shawn and Nick and others go above and beyond. It's not a simple matter of just fixing broken things. They provide solutions. I had a thermostat issue. It was not an emergency. I opened a ticket and Nick responded immediately, came over and fixed the issue in what seemed like 20 mins. Chris is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My washer was giving me a bit of an issue. Without hesitation, he provided a solution. I witnessed our Shawn moving a chair for a senior so she could be more comfortable in the common areas and view outside... it's the little things that matter.. . Thank you to all of you..

The process was seamless in looking for an apartment. Everyone are so professional yet extremely personable. They took their time with us and was always accommodating. They are so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the building. This is the type of people one needs to deal with, so you are comfortable asking questions. Thank you Angela for helping out; you were very helpful and very polite throughout the entire process. You definitely get 5 stars.

Thank you to Indira for helping us find our home at Bakerfield in Newmarket. ON. She went above and beyond to support us during the application process while we were away on a European Cruise. Talk about top notch professionalism, expertise and support! We’re happy to now be tenants. Thanks positive experience Indira and team that made us feel this is the right choice.
