I have owned many many cars but never had an experience at a dealer like I had with NewRoads Mazda. They show they care and take care of you. Will spend all the time you need to answer questions and even after you have keys and are finished the level of service doesn't decrease. Eddie is a rare gem in the industry but I feel like the entire dealership operated the same way. Once all was done they could have said leave but Eddie insisted on going for a ride with me to ensure all is in order and ok and that I am happy. I would rate even higher if Google would allow me to. FYI I never provide reviews but this time it was needed. Great job Eddie and the Mazda team.

Awesome experience! This is a bit of a drive coming in from Niagara On The Lake, but well worth it. My wife and I worked with Sergei and Aaron to make this happen. They did their magic and made the Jeep come in at a great budget. They were also able to get a couple of things we needed and was treated well at this no-pressure dealership. We hope to work with them again in the future.

Got my mazda 3 from them was a fluent experience specially with Paul. Got my vehicle easily and the process was super smooth everything was online i visited them just to pick my vehicle and we had completed all the process on chat. Highly recommend for their excellent service and extensive inventory.

I was there today looking at a Corvette C7 Grand sport GMA edition and Travis was such an amazing guy to talk to and he was super informative about the cars and we talked for a good while! I'm definitely coming back and picking up a car from Travis Suter I appreciate the help today.

Car buying was seamless with Jonathan, he is the best, the deal was so smooth, my partner and I went in put a deposit and it was ready for pick up in 3-4 business days, car was legit, safety felt legit and was happy with the service. Top notch! No drama.
