We contracted Kempenfelt to replace our balcony sliding door upstairs, and a large window on the main floor. On every level of working with Ali and Kempenfelt, it was a real pleasure and I was blown away by the level of service from everyone. Ali was a great support helping us understand what we needed for our home and the different products available to us. He was quick to get back to us with any questions we had and helped us through the entire process. The two installers who came day of were outstanding. They were friendly, polite, clean, efficient, and their work putting in our new patio doors and office window was seamless. We’ve had a lot of installers / contractors in our home, and they definitely rank as the best in my opinion. Jennifer was so lovely to deal with at the end of installation, following up and processing payment, which was a really positive way to end our experience with Kempenfelt. We highly recommend them and will be looking to hire them again for our doors and remaining windows.

I can’t say enough great things about Kempenfelt windows. After a number of quotes, Mark was truly the only one who didn’t push me and respected my time as well as his own. He answered all my questions and gave me a realistic time line. His connection for the eco grant application was easy and simple. Don’t let anyone make you feel like it’s hard. The windows arrived ahead of schedule and Jesse, Dave and Tyler were professional, funny and they worked very clean, keeping me up to date on progress as they worked. Thank you. Finally a great company.

Honestly, I had a blast with Kenny, Pat, Denver and Dave today !!! They removed and installed one huge window with professionalism and expertise. There is no doubt the quality of the craftsmanship and window will last for years to come. We have been happy with the customer service starting with Chris (the salesman) to the installation crew. Thank you Kempenfelt windows for being reliable and having great customer service !!!

From start to finish, by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. We received quotes from 10+ installers/suppliers and are 100% satisfied with our decision to go with Simon & sons. The windows are great but the real differentiators were the knowledge of their product, the level of service throughout, and the quality of the install. They took our project of replacing all windows on our front facade to the next level. Even with all that value add, it was incredibly economical. Looking forward working with them again to replace the rest of our windows. !

We recently had 4 windows replaced by Simon & Sons, and honestly, we couldn't be any happier with the service and installation. Evan was patient and professional in answering the many questions that we had and explaining a few different options available. The team of installers, honestly, couldn’t ask for a better group! They were friendly and professional and they did fantastic work with a difficult job! Thank you again Evan, and the install team for getting our job scheduled on a rather tight timeline and for all of your time and patience! We couldn’t be any happier with our new windows!
