We used Sam and his crew to execute a design and build. We told him our vision and he helped us on the design. Our scope included new fence with 6x6 posts, stone stairs, interlock, natural gas fire pit, rock garden using armour stone, new columnar trees, new sod and irrigation in front and back. Given the demand on materials last summer, they worked hard travelling to many places to get the materials to finish our job. Sam was honest and gave us advice on where we should spend our money and what to avoid. His crew was professional and maintained an orderly worksite. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
