I Stopped in at "That Sewing Machine Place" after speaking to Jaret on the phone. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He told me to bring in my mother's sewing machine as that would be the best way to assure getting it fixed. He even explained to me not to bring the whole thing and how to take out just the machine from it's casing. In no time he fixed it and at a very reasonable price. I stood there while he told me what was hindering the machine from working properly. I was amazed at his knowledge and expertise! He had it fixed in 20 minutes or so, Literally while I watched. I could not be happier. At a very reasonable price too. I was expecting to pay a lot more. I was impressed by his great service, patience and expertise. Thank you Jaret and "That Sewing Machine Place." You guys are the best!

Great store with lovely owners/employees! I stopped in recently to grab a few things for my wife's sewing machines and found that the selection and prices exceeded my expectations! They stock quite a variety of parts/pieces for many machines and are more than willing to help you get what you need, no matter what it is. 10/10 you guys! Well done with having such a well-kept, exceptional store!

Wow. Nice to go to a store that has knowledgeable , friendly, happy staff. They really take great care of my wife's sewing needs. Got a great deal on a machine for Christmas. Came with lessons which is great because the new machines have so many features it's great to learn from experts. Had the old Kenmore machine tuned up there, made an old machine work much better. Highly recomend this store for machine and sewing needs.

From the minute I walked into the store until I left a Happy customer I was so pleased with the attention and help I was given .The ladies all are very pleasant and willing to help. I had an idea of what I wanted for my quilt , being a inexperienced quilter yet an experienced sewer. The ladies (sorry I didn't get names) , but all were so helpful and genuinely cared that I got just what I was hoping for. Thank you some much ,I will return with the quilt as requested by some of those ladies once it is done. Also the store was organized and had a fantastic amount of fabric, patterns and accessories etc. Can't say enough how impressed I was.

I have to say that it has been my experience that the staff at your store, in particular, Ann Marie, absolutely go above and beyond. I simply can't say enough about the excellent service .You are now my go to for fabric and advise, thanks again for the fabulous service, I look forward to doing business with you again soon.

Amazing store!!! They helped me find the right fabric and also embroider a smiley face to help repair an organic lovey for my kid. I was at my wits end figuring out how to repair the beloved toy, and finally figured it out thanks to this shop. Also impressive that they combine an heritage skill (quilting) with modern tech (online shopping, modern sewing / quilting machines etc). Very neat.

Great location. I'm a complete beginner to sewing, they were very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and pointing me to the right products. They also referred me to a highly-rated local place for sewing machine parts as these are not something this location carries. Will continue to shop here into the future.

From novice to expert you can get your sew or non sew on. The associates I dealt with today were knowledgeable and patient. I am covering dining chairs and the fabric was on sale - bonus!

Fantastic for the sewer in the family. Lots of material and sewing items. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is spacious and laid out well.
