I want to compliment the Albert Terrace’s building manager for her hard work and dedication! Anytime I have a concern or issue Isabella is on it! She ensured the job was completed to full perfection. She represents all the qualities of a good manager. She listens to my requests and takes immediate action on them and keeps me informed. She also has taken initiative to interact and spend time w/ the residents while carrying out her duties as a building manager with excellence. Living here at Albert Terrace has been a pleasant experience thanks to her. Thank you Isabella! Albert Terrace is lucky to have you as its manager! You are doing an excellent job which deserves full recognition!

The building manager @ Albert Terrace has been working effortlessly to ensure the building residents are comfortable. She she super attentive and is quick to resolving any issues that come up. Isabelle is very hardworking and ALWAYS has a smile on her face and you can tell she loves her job and her residents! She has made my stay @ Alert terrace that more comfortable and I do not have enough words to express her appreciation and hard work! I know that if I have any issue that she will take care of it right away. She often checks back to ensure things are going smooth which shows how thoughtful and caring she is. Thank you Isabella!

She has given all her support and help from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. Not just doing her job but she goes above and beyond for the tenants. Overall, the experience has been good living in this community. People make the days brighter and I’m thankful to have supportive resident managers along with friendly neighbours. For what it’s worth, the amenities are great and the staff are always actively looking to improve in all aspects of the building. I look forward to continuing my living with Skyline.

We have been here 3 years and we all love it , it's super close to the schools , for my children, the building is super clean, and all the residents are super respectful, with there was a play ground for the kids in the buildings.

I really enjoy living in Terry Fox Place apartments. The staff is always friendly, and other tenants are friendly towards me.
