Exquisite pieces, excellent quality & craftsmanship. You can order in specialty items. Clean store, friendly wonderful staff. Not to mention when buying a diamond there you're always getting more weight than what you're paying for. Hidden gems are also found in their gorgeous Elle Collection. Not to mention they always have sales on. So in love with my Bulova watch!!!

Absolutely amazing team and location to visit. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience with a competitor and the staff at charm went above and beyond to help us. They involved local staff including the manager as well as their district leader. My fiancé got a new ring that she absolutely loves and we had an amazing experience!

Our favorite local jewelry store! I had broken my gold chain necklace and they fixed it beautiful as new- you can't even tell it was ever soldered. They also cleaned my diamond pendant, as a complimentary service while the chain was being fixed. In addition, they also have a gorgeous selection of Swarovski jewelry. Staff is always kind and smiling. Highly recommend!

A salesperson named Nicole helped us find the perfect engagement ring and when it came time to get a wedding ring to match there weren't any. The jeweler, Ryan, was able to create a beautiful custom ring that blew my expectations out of the water! He is truly a master of his craft. Everyone I have interacted with is pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services!

What a wonderful experience today at Savoy’s in the mall! Sara was so kind patient, creative and helpful. She took a rushed situation and helped create memorable and beautiful gifts for my mother’s wedding. Thank you!!!!
