My daughter started in Kumon a couple of years ago to help with her learning disability. The staff are helpful and patient spending whatever time she needs to understand the concepts. When learning a new skill, Shelly is flexible with what homework she provides and keeps me in the loop on how my daughter is progressing or what she is struggling with. My daughter still struggles at school but she is so much more confident in her abilities and it is wonderful to see her come home saying that she knew how to do something the other kids didn't because she had already practiced it at Kumon or when she does well on a school test. For such a long time she felt confused and alone. Thanks to Kumon, she now enjoys going to school.

Kumon has done wonders for my boy. During covid and online learning he wasn’t motivated to read and had a really tough time. He fought us to read at home and He was behind in his class. We decided to put him in Kumon. He absolutely loves it. After two short months, he has built such great confidence, advanced so quickly and volunteers to read! He can now play game’s independently, and is now exceeding in all subjects. He sees reading as fun! In combination with fantastic teachers at Kumon and at school, he is doing extremely well. I cannot say enough good about Kumon and only wished I did it sooner.

Kumon has been a wonderful experience for us in Sault Ste. Marie! Our child has been enjoying the benefits of learning math and reading with Kumon for few years now and the difference on her confidence and skills at school are so incredible. The staff is so patient and caring no matter if the kid is doing their lessons in person at the Kumon Centre or online through the zoom classes. In the middle of so many uncertainties on what kind of future we can provide to our kids these days, Kumon is a positive and trustful source of knowledge and support. Thank you Shelly and Kumon Team for going above and beyond every time!!!
