On a road trip from Southern Ontario to Northern Ontario, I had some truck issues late in the evening near Sault Ste Marie. I stayed over night and called Classic on a Friday morning, explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They road tested, diagnosed, repaired and had me back on the road very quickly, which was very appreciated! I could have been stuck in Sault over the weekend waiting for service, but Al and his techs were so very kind and professional. If you are traveling thru and need assistance or living in the area, I definitely recommend them for all services

They are amazing! We had trouble with our car on the highway while crossing Ontario, and tried multiple mechanics along the way. They all turned us away. We called NAPA AUTOPRO and they immediately told us to come by and that they would try to help. When we got there later that same day, they were really friendly, they fit us in to our schedule and fixed our car that very day. We were so grateful and so relieved. We couldn't recommend this shop enough!

Was passing through Sault St Marie on a cross Canada trip to Ottawa when my brakes completely failed. I called Al on a Saturday morning to explain my situation. He not only made the time to see my car and fix it that day but he also went the extra mile of driving me to and from my emergency stay at my hotel. I would recommend him to anyone for an honest job well done with the great extra of considering his client as well. My kids and I thank you Al.

Moving from Ottawa to Winnipeg when our exhaust pipe cracked in Sault Ste Marie. Lou and his team took us in right when they opened, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. Friendly and credible mechanic. Cannot recommend his shop enough! Thanks again, Lou.

We came from calgary, and I needed my ball joint and axle replaced on my truck. They not only got me in quickly but also did a great job fixing my truck and at a very fair price. Highly recommend Lou's Automotive.

I took my truck there a few times for regular service and major maintenance. They were professional, fairly priced, did excellent work and I was very pleased.

We came here do to a check engine light and it was temporary fixed. We were told where to go to get that issue taken care of. We brought our car back at their suggestion because it was pulling a bit and making some noises. We have a 2019 Hyundai Accent. The gentleman came out with a complete break down of what needed fixing, what exactly the price was and also factored the labor. So straight up front we knew the price. I am definitely recommending this place to anyone who needs work done. Definitely 5 star as soon as you walk in the door.

Brought my old car in when the muffler fell off. When the exhaust fell off while they were fixing it they were very happy to fix that too. Very in depth conversation of parts and cost breakdown and happy to take any questions.

Awesome guys, Awesome service, Awesome experience. Honest, and reasonable price. Helped us in a pinch. Very appreciative! Can't say enough about their great customer service.
