Really impressed with the Boardwalk team! **NOTE** After sharing my concerns with Boardwalk regarding a heating issue, they got back to me immediately and fixed the situation. Krys and Rossanna are the best property managers in Boardwalk. They provide excellent customer service even though the office and the whole building is short of staff. These girls work so hard. It's a shame the the building is old. But Krys and Rossanna are amazing people.
I wanted to leave a review because of the extraordinary help that Krys has given me! She was helpful from beginning to end and was lovely in general, she explained everything to me in great detail and it felt good seeing someone go through extreme lengths in order to make me comfortable. NEVADA PLACE REVIEWS
Hi there. I just wanted to let you know that I have been living here at 32 Nevada Place since it was built. As a matter of fact we were probably the first tenant. This apartment block is a super quiet place to live. Maybe it's because us mostly seniors are no longer night owls. The neighbour's are all friendly and sociable. The management have always been pleasant to deal with. They see that any issues are looked after immediately. As for the other apartments #30 & 34 I am not aware of any issues there as well. I should mention that your maintenance man is very prompt in looking after the tenants needs. Also your cleaning staff does an excellent job in keep this place clean and shiny. Nevada Place is a lovely place to live. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The best person here is Vincent in maintenance. He is efficient and helpful with any problem you have. He completes the project which needs to be addressed . He always has a smile and a hello for you. It is also quiet here. Great place to call home.
I have lived here for a year and 1/2 Any maintenance was taken care of by Vince. He knows how to fix anything. The staff is always friendly. They help when ever I ask. The events they it put together for the residents are great. Very Quiet building (32).

BELLEVUE VILLAGE ST ALBERT REVIEWS
My fiancé and I have been living at the Lakeview at Bellevue Village apartment for a few months now with our golden retriever pup, and we have absolutely loved it! Our apartment is very spacious, new and clean, and we have a lake view of Lois Hole Provincial park, which is within walking distance. We take our dog for walks there all the time. Francisco, the property manager, is very caring and has been so helpful; he always responds promptly to any questions or concerns we have. It is our first time living in an apartment, and it has been a great experience. There are also two outdoor spaces in the building that are dog-friendly, which has been a bonus! We definitely recommend it for those looking for an apartment in St. Albert, especially to fellow dog owners :)
Outstanding property management/maintenance team (shout out to Tracy, Francisco, and Dana). I’m in the process of moving in and they’ve been absolutely lovely to interact with and extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have. So happy to be making Lakeview my new home!
I have lived at Bellevue Village since 2019, the property management is amazing, the suites are spacious and my neighbours are awesome. The location is perfect with Lois Hole park right across the street, walking trails right out the door and the Enjoy Centre is a wonderful place to spend time.
