The Brick Mattress store St. Albert is incredible. Forrest F, the store manager, has gone above and beyond to ensure my partner and I have everything that we need. He was educational, kind, and not pushy AT ALL. He gave us every option we could possibly need and made sure every single question was answered. He is attentive, accommodating, and does not rush you at all with such a big investment like a mattress. I will be referring everyone there and cannot stop recommending him.

Salesman Darryl at the St. Albert Mattress store was kind, very informative, knew I was on a budget and didn't try the usual pressure sale that is so demeaning and frustrating. He was honest about the cheaper model I came to look at, and recommended one that was a little bit more (less than a hundred more) and it was definitely more comfortable. I'm so far very pleased with my experience at the store and with our salesman.

Everything was great. Forest is always helpful and we prefer to see him for all our purchases from The Brick, not just mattresses. Delivery personnel were very professional and friendly. Tracking app is very helpful.

We had a gift coupon to use at Sleep Country and opted to use it at the St. Albert Sleep Country. It was a great decision. The manager (DTN) was great. He was friendly and professional and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. He made recommendations to my wife about what bedding to get and why and she really appreciated the extra attention. Felt valued as customers. I highly recommend this store. We will use it for any future purchases.

We have been buying all our mattresses from sleep country in St. Albert for a long time now. My husband and I went in tonight to buy a new mattress and accessories. As always the customer service was amazing! Brent was really helpful in guiding us and he was incredibly informative. Thanks Brent for all your help! I will continue to recommend everyone to shop here.

Had to exvhange a mattress got a month ago not enough support.Found one better for.me straight exchange .kept boxspring just changed mattress.No problem at all Now the best for me to sleep on.
