We decided to go with fibre glass windows to replace some old wood ones. Shield was fantastic to deal with from the quote to the install. Their quote for Duxton windows and install was very competitive to other fibreglass window manufacturers. They were honest, professional and all the crew members were respectful and showed a great deal of work ethic, as well as, attention to detail. The crew kept a tidy work site and were very conscientious. They made sure our windows were beautiful and seamless from the outside - which was a bit tricky in this case. We plan to use this company for the next phase of window replacements in our home. The windows look fantastic and the quality is excellent so far - they had no cool spots/drafts during the minus 50 cold snap we endured this winter! We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

Sheild replaced several windows in our 1912 house with Duxton-made high-efficiency widows. They were able to custom-order windows that matched the style and color of the original windows. The installation was complicated by the age of the house, but the installation crew did a brilliant job. They were diligent, professional, and a pleasure to have working in our home. It was a big job, but they took the time that was needed to do it well. We are so pleased with the results, both in appearance and improved energy conservation.

We first had Shield replace some windows in 2016 and gladly rehired them to finish all of our remaining windows and doors earlier this year. Great product, service, price, care and detail — and lots of patience dealing with our wonky, old home.

Awesome service very professional. Arrived by 8:30am installed 14 windows and 2 doors and had everything done and cleaned up by 4:30pm. The installers then took the time to go thru each window and show me that they were each installed good. Quality of product is also really good. Highly recommend using them. - Shaun C

Sergii I and Ruslan did an excellent job! He was extremely efficient, friendly and we were very impressed with the work. We had a big job, and it was all done in one day. He took his time to help us with some other stuff as well as explaining the opening and locking systems at the end too. Highly recommend.

From start to finish our experience was outstanding. Artur from sales was very knowledgeable about the products available and costs involved. Our two installers, Maks and Michael, went above and beyond.
