3 Best Home Builders in St. Albert, AB

We built our home with Veneto 3 years ago and cannot say enough about them. Having used another builder for our previous home, the Veneto experience was unparalleled. The flexibility they offered when designing our home was amazing. Unlike other builders who charge you for every small change, Veneto made every idea we had come to life at very reasonable cost. The end result was a home that was perfect for the needs of our family with beautiful custom work we would never have gotten elsewhere. Any issues that did arise during the process were always handled with exceptional customer service. It is such a great feeling to trust that your home builder will take care of you if you if you need them. If we were to ever build again in the future, Veneto would be our first call.

We used Veneto Homes to remodel our main floor including our kitchen. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the project. The level of service, professionalism, and overall workmanship were exceptional. Adriana and her team not only took our ideas and listened to us but the input and design ideas presented to us while incorporating our ideas were outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel or build a new home. Thank you Adriana and Rob for the great work. Nicole and Shawn Dempsey.

High-quality custom builder! Designs in spec bungalow spectacular from lighting, custom fan hood, overall design, so happy with bungalow spec. house loves everything about it, so is ours forever home in a very quiet street. I would highly recommend choosing Sarasota to build your next home as the quality of house design and build is the best have ever seen and a great team to work with, They surround themselves with the best trades and follow through on a seamless 1year warranty walkthrough!! From the first contact to buying a house was easy and Brooke Perkins was a very efficient, professional realtor who worked hard to sell our 2 properties! She was always available and in a tough time and December market, sold our property, offering sound advice!! If you need a great realtor and dedicated to her field choose Brooke Perkins Sargent!! Sylvia and John Jackson were impressed and so happy with the whole experience, Michelle designs a great house, Kristin Boser goes above and beyond in the buying area, putting her clients always first! Staging offered by the team when selling property is such a helpful and clever service to assist in showing the property well and selling your property is seamless!.

We are building our home W the Sarasota. Outstanding satisfaction with the whole process. Definitely recommended to any home buyer.

Sarasota Homes is one of those companies that is a trusted anchor in the community. I have not bought one of their homes as we live in an older area of St Albert and love it there, but I have and would recommend them to family and friends. Sarasota is a local family-run business and the family are just incredible people!.
