If you’re looking for great customer service that you don’t find many places anymore, The Brick St. Albert is a great place to shop! I have recently had a few experiences with them. I purchased a bed and chair for my dad, moving into a seniors home, and the sale, knowledge, delivery, and set up was outstanding! I have since purchased a bed for my son, and a king for my husband and I. It went on sale the week after our purchase and they priced matched. Same quality level of service each time, with different sales associates. We are very happy with our purchases will be returning and recommending in the future!

I'll admit I was a little skeptical shopping for appliances somewhere that wasn't a "Big Box" store. I'm happy to report that it was actually a great experience! The prices/deals you can get here are really good, and Shawn is great to work with and talk to. They can order certain appliances for you, but it's easier to just go in with an open mind and see if you like anything they currently have. Would recommend checking this place out if you're in the market!

I was at first skeptical about the excellent price of the LG dryer they advertised online. However a phone call to Shawn and a look at the other reviews assured me it wasn't a scam. Shawn personally delivered it the next day after first inspecting it to insure there was no hidden damage. Great service, great prices, highly recommended!

Shawn and Mauricio were very professional from the initial purchase to installation. They went above and beyond. Will recommend them to others and buy again.
