I recently had the opportunity to work at St. Augustine Place, I would like to say that the management staff are top notch. Dean seems to know all residents by name and doesn’t shy from a conversation with his residents, Dean takes pride in the appearance and upkeep of the building and makes sure things are neat and tidy for all residents and guests to enjoy, I even mentioned to my coworker that you don’t normally see management going above and beyond to decorate for holidays and I noticed Dean had put up some Halloween decorations outside to celebrate and make things feel more like a welcoming community, Dean regularly hosts special nights in the common room and strives to make faces new and old feel welcome and a part of the community. Dean, Daisy and Chuck make a great team and make this place what it is today. Very friendly and easy to reach, especially for someone just moving in, I had a ton of questions, most of them simple. When I moved in there were a couple of items that needed to be dealt with and had no idea how nice it is to have things “taken care of” without a fight by having to send multiple reminder e-mails and phone calls. I think this is the first building I’ve ever lived in my entire life where they are more gung ho about making sure everything is working properly than I am, it’s a nice change. Thank you so much, you have no idea how relieved I am to finally be living in a building like this.

St Augustine is a wonderful place to call home. Special thanks to Dean the manager onsite who has been very welcoming and is ever so prompt and helpful with anything the residents need. The move in process was smooth and St. Augustine place is a very serene and friendly community to live.

Have just passed our 1 year mark at St Lawrence Village. So happy to be here. The buildings and properties are maintained beautifully. Glad we made this choice as we were coming from a house and not to excited to see our options until we came to see this property. We have never looked back. My husband and I have lived at the St Lawrence Village for 10 years. The management has been extremely helpful, the maintenance has always been done quickly. The property and buildings are well maintained. This is a great place to live.

I must say that St.lawrence Village is the best place I have ever lived. The cleanliness is brilliant and Alexander and Marina do an ongoing incredible job as property managers. Whenever I need a rare repair it is done immediately. Thankyou staff. Much appreciated.
