I worked with Chelsi at VandenDool. From the very beginning, she was very enthousiastic about my unique idea for an engagement ring. She worked with me at every step to make sure the material, stone, and details were perfect. She also stayed within our budget which was very important. I cannot recommend them enough. We plan on getting my partner's wedding bands there and other jelewery in the future. Here is a photo of my ring: it is rose gold with cat ears accents, with a moissanite. I LOVE the rainbow sparkle!!! Thank you so much again to the talented team at VandenDool!!!

I brought my bracelet and necklace for inspection and repair. Chelsi was very friendly and professional. Within 2 days I received notice my things were complete and ready for pickup, at no charge! I was pleastly surprised and glad to donate to their charity jar for the great service they did. If I need jewellery or repair again, I will definitely go back to them. I can’t say enough about how patient and professional Adam was with creating our engagement ring. I don’t wear a lot of jewelry so we wanted something simple but still unique and included some sentimental gold and stones we already had in addition to others. Incredible! My fiancée is OBSESSED with her new ring! We both went into the process with little knowledge on engagement rings and appreciate all of the guidance that Nick provided us with. He had the challenge of taking two of my heirloom engagement rings and crafting them into a new beautiful custom design that encompassed our love. He did a beautiful job, the design of the ring was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The prototype designs were very detailed and realistic. Seeing the final result in-person was even better! Great communication, fast turn around, and excellent customer service! I’d recommend to anyone!

I needed some earrings for my wife. She found a picture online of what she wanted but we couldn't find a place to purchase it anywhere. I contacted Lessard Coutu and they were able to not only duplicate what she was looking for but made some suggestions to make it even better than what she wanted. Very impressed with the quality they provide. Worth every penny spent. They are the only jeweler I will use from this day forward to ensure my goal of happy wife happy life.
