We walked into the Brick expecting to simply browse their sectional selection after a disappointing experience at a different furniture store. At the Brick we met a salesperson named Reid. Reid was truly awesome! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and took a lot of time out of his busy day to walk us through all of the details such as financing, warranty, and delivery options. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or overbearing like some salespeople. As for the delivery aspect, the delivery of our furniture was prompt (literally two days after we bought the couch) which was amazing because the other furniture store had quoted us April-May. The delivery people arrived on time, and they were incredibly professional and proficient. They had our sectional moved in and set up in a matter of minutes.They were respectful of our home and very pleasant to deal with. Honestly, 10/10 experience and I will be recommending this store to all of my friends and family as well as acquiring all of my furniture from this location in the future.

I was assisted promptly by a knowledgeable sales representative who presented me with options beyond the floor models. The sales rep was sincere and helpful. The brick held my major appliances in storage until they were needed, touching base with me a few times which I appreciated. Delivery was on time as promised and the appliances were in prestine condition. I was very pleased with my Brick experience!!!

Great experience overall. From the patience and input of salesperson (Angela) to help decide what pieces of furniture would fit best in my space to the seamless delivery of my new furniture by the delivery team in the time frame stated. I appreciated the phone call from the delivery fellows that they were on their way. Just hoping the matching ottoman ( on backorder ) arrives soon !

4 weeks ago My wife and I are SO happy we trusted the reccomondations from family members to check out Surplus Furniture before any other furniture stores to shop for a new couch. The gentlemen working were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and they treated our kids great while shopping around the store. We told them what we were looking for, received a recommendation for 2 different couches, and when our first choice was in stock, they set up same day delivery for us. The couch we received is fantastic quality and was in perfect condition upon arrival! Keys to our new house and a beautiful, very reasonably priced couch in one day. We couldn't be more grateful, and will absolutely be back for all of our furniture needs! Thanks Surplus!!

Great little gem of a store with friendly and respectful people looking to help you get exactly what you need at affordable prices. We were here 2 years ago moving into a new place and the gentlemen at the counter were knowledgeable, helpful, and certainly over delivered on the satisfaction.
