Best pawnbrokers in the entire Niagara Region!! They are family owned and operated for decades and have excellent customer service. Huge selection of DVDs, video games and jewelry, as well as laptops, tvs, tools. Highly recommend these guys for all your pawnbroker needs, and did you know that they also cut keys? Huge respect for this store and it's staff. Always been greeted with smiles and hellos and always have been a return customer.

My son was in heaven when he walked through the door for the first time and saw the thousands of used DVDs lining the walls. Owners are as friendly as can be and happily chatted away with him.

Liked what I saw has wide variety of items there just didn't have season 3 or 8 in Blu-ray of The Big Bang Theory to complete collection to season 9.

My mother passed away and left behind her old and antique rings. We have never sold jewelry before and didnt know much about what we have. Charlie was welcoming and took the time to explain all the differences in pieces that we had. He offered a very fair price, and you could feel his honesty as he spoke to us about all of our pieces. This is the place you want to be to receive the value for your keepsakes!!! J and D.

They are so friendly here, they take time to explain what they are doing, answer any questions at all. They now have a machine that breaks down easily the percentage of gold and or silver. One piece I had was silver in middle and gold outside and he was able to use it for breakdown. Very fair in prices, no pressure at all to sell. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Charlie was amazing. Honest, very professional, and welcoming. Charlie was more than fair with his offer and I would absolutely take any other gold I have to sell to him. Would definitely recommend for your gold. And his British store was great to browse as well.
