I've bought 3 bikes now from Bikefit in the last 4 years. 2 mountain bikes and a recent hybrid fitness bike. I am extremely pleased with all of them. The owner and sales people at Bikefit have been exceptional. I've been in quite a few bike stores and talked to many employees that don't know the products in the store that they sell on a daily basis. Every time I talk to a sales person in Bikefit, they are pleasant, educated, and personally own many bikes with first hand experience of product knoledge while offering excellent advice. This being said, I won't shop anywhere else.

Great experience. Atmosphere and staff welcoming. Came in to obtain a repair estimate. Very prompt service and was even given a quote within three days. The bike technician(Chris) followed up with phone call and explained the quote in a way I could understand which I appreciated. Highly recommended.

After a blow out brought my wheel in for service...Kevin called and explained that my rim needed replacement . He offered a good used one ...I was back out riding the next day! Great solution at a reasonable cost and quick turnaround! Great Service.

LIBERTY! BICYCLES REVIEWS

Recently picked up this sweet Rockhopper Sport from the guys at Liberty. The whole experience was really good. Stephen went through each model with me thoroughly to make sure the bike I bought would be perfectly suited to my needs. Their pricing is very fair as well. I highly recommend checking out Liberty for any of your bicycle needs.

Can't praise these guys enough. Discovered a flat while at the start line of the Big Move Cancer Ride. Went over to Liberty tent. Within five minutes, tire was off, new inner tube in and I was on my way in time to join the starting pack. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!. I have a new favourite bike shop.

I can't say enough about the professionalism at this shop. Mechanics are so thorough and knowledgeable. The service was timely and extremely efficient. Don't waste your time at another bike shop in Niagara. This is the real deal.

COUNTY CYCLE REVIEWS

I bought my 2025 Norco Fluid FSA2 at this shop in April of this year. (2025) I just wanted to leave a glowing review of the service I have been receiving at County Cycle. A+ customer service. I usually always work on my own bike but recently I could not figure out where this annoying creaking in my frame was coming from so I brought it to the shop. Adam took care of it. Found the issue that same day and it was a quick fix. Most importantly to me, they took the time to what looked like to me, polish the bike, and perform the 3 month quick tune that's included with the bike sales while they had it there. I also noticed they removed the glue residue on the downtube I left on there after removing one of the Norco stickers. I take very good care of my bike because we ride a lot and I want it to last. Im pretty meticulous when it comes to maintenance so I can appreciate the little touches they performed without being asked. Thanks again County Cycle, Nik, Adam and Brittany. Your dedication to customer service and professionalism is appreciated.

Recently, I had the most enjoyable experience buying a bike and rack. The whole gang at County Cycle Nik, Britt, Adam, and others are very knowledgeable and very patient with clients. We needed bike and rack for an event, and everyone jumped through hoops to get it ready for us. These guys are passionate about bikes and about meeting all your biking wishes in a fun way. We can't recommend this store enough!! I LOVE MY NEW WHEELS.

Excellent service which went above and beyond expectations. Thankful for the dedication of the entire team including Nik, Adam and Brittany in making our experience an enjoyable one. Bikes and accessories are spectacular!!! Thanks team County Cycle.
