10 & 14 Reid Apartments

My daughter and her friends lived at 14 Reid Drive. There is not much I can say that hasn't been said about Judy here in the reviews! She is personable, organized and responsive. Her quick responses to email inquiries was a breath of fresh air! As it was my daughter's first time living on her own completely, I felt good knowing Judy was there if they needed anything and that it was a safe apartment. The apartment foyer, hallways/stairs and elevator were always clean! Judy was a pleasure to deal with for the 3 years my daughter lived there with her friends while attending university.

We lived at 14 Reid for 6 years a family of three. Judy our building manager is amazing and there is no one like her. She is thoughtful, helpful and takes such great care of both buildings. We moved this year as we were expecting another wee one and we just outgrew the space; otherwise we would never had left! The community within each building is amazing as well, all great people who collectively help maintain the amazing care and cleanliness of the building.

I have lived here for a year and a half and there aren't words for how kind, generous, thoughtful yet firm Judy is! She is always happy to help, she makes the building feel like a community, and she certainly isn't afraid to put her foot down to protect her tenants. I can't say I've had one negative experience living here. Judy makes it a fantastic place to call home, and she handpicks the best tenants to live in our community. Thank you for all that you do!
