Nobody likes having to get their appliances repaired, but if you have to, I recommend reaching out to Shaughnessy. Our stove was having issues recently and Joe was able to fix it quickly and was very friendly. Previously, our washing machine needed a repair and we were battling with Samsung over the manufacturer’s warranty. Shaughnessy had no problem stepping in to help us out. Excellent service.

Excellent phone conversation with English speaking knowledgeable person about the service part we required (they actually answer the phone). Prompt service in store. Receptionist was very welcoming and the part we requested over the phone was waiting for us. A great experience.

Fantastic service. My dishwasher was diagnosed & repaired within the hour! Very professional & answered all questions I had. I highly recommend their services!.

Chad and Bugs Appliance Repair have been great on several occasions. Our over the range microwave failed under warranty and they engaged Chad to take care of it. He was quick, professional and the experience was great. My wife and I faced an issue with our washing machine some time later. The seal on our front load was damaged by a zipper and Chad quickly replaced it. This past week we had an issue with our basement suite washing machine and Chad quickly helped us out. Highly recommend.

Prompt and excellent service. Easy to communicate as the technician respond to text messages...I recommend this business.

Great service, very professional. Fridge has never been this quiet!.
