Quick quality service with integrity. Very happy with the results. My main shut off water valve broke on Friday night when we had a leak upstairs and tried to shut it off. We had tenants with an infant and small children downstairs. I called 7 places, 5 doesn’t pick up the phone, one said it’s nighttime and won’t come out. Only Sterling gave us advice to call the city to come and shut outside valve to house off. I called the city of Regina and they showed right away to shut it off. By 8am a plumber from Sterling showed up, fix the main water valve and leak upstairs. He stayed to make sure the city came to turn it on and everything was working. By noon our water was back. Many thanks to Sterling for their caring compassionate team. All the call operator, the first plumber who gave us free advice during the night and the one who promptly arrived the next day. We were so appreciative of their service.

This company is great to deal with. Very prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They tell you exactly what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix. No hidden fees or charges. I had to replace my furnace and central air conditioner in Balgonie this past winter. I then had to move into Regina and bought a condo. Had trouble with my central air conditioner in my condo and the plumber was prompt in figuring out what the problem was and fixed it. They only charged me the call out fee. I highly recommend this company!!
