Quick quality service with integrity. Very happy with the results. My main shut off water valve broke on Friday night when we had a leak upstairs and tried to shut it off. We had tenants with an infant and small children downstairs. I called 7 places, 5 doesn’t pick up the phone, one said it’s nighttime and won’t come out. Only Sterling gave us advice to call the city to come and shut outside valve to house off. I called the city of Regina and they showed right away to shut it off. By 8am a plumber from Sterling showed up, fix the main water valve and leak upstairs. He stayed to make sure the city came to turn it on and everything was working. By noon our water was back. Many thanks to Sterling for their caring compassionate team. All the call operator, the first plumber who gave us free advice during the night and the one who promptly arrived the next day. We were so appreciative of their service.

They were able to make a Sunday visit. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the issue and fixed it all within an hour. The price was great too. Now I can enjoy my Sunday again. Thank you, Sterling Plumbing & Heating.

MR. ROOTER PLUMBING OF REGINA REVIEWS

The Rotor Rooter technician, Cody introduced himself and explained that he had come to work on my air conditioner and then asked if that was correct. I showed him the air conditioner, thermostat and furnace. Cody was polite, considerate and thorough working in my house. When he figured out the problem he explained all the options. I was impressed. Due to the nature of the problem, we agreed on an initial fix. Hopefully it solved the problem. If not I will have him back.

The employees were very polite and friendly. They offered very helpful advice and were efficient and thorough. I'll be happy to use this service again in the future for anything else plumbing related that comes up. Thanks for your hard work.

Bobby Beanlands was awesome, he explained and showed me everything how it worked and what I should and shouldn't do and use. Very polite, respectful and friendly. Happy to have had him in my home and do this job.

DUKE SEWER SERVICE REVIEWS

Last night we had a bathtub drain that was plugged. A Duke Sewer serviceman came this morning within an hour of phoning them. He found the drain was unplugged already due to the Draino that was put down the night before finally desolving the block. They didn't charge us as we always get them to unplug our drains at our properties as they know what they are doing and are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Called in the morning and they were here by noon. My tech was phenomenal and in no time had the problem figured out and cleared up! Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and will be using in the future.

Jordan did a great job of cleaning the clog out of my tub and cleaning my sewer line. He also gave me some great advice on another problem that is happening in my home.
