The process with access storage was direct and seamless. The design of the storage was well thought through and it is also safe / secure with tools to aid movement of boxes if needed. Jenn is absolutely phenomenal and even further recommends solutions to ease the process. Gurpreet is a pleasant representative. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with Access Storage on Dewdney Ave. Jenn was super helpful and informative. Definitely would return and will recommend to those needing storage in Regina.

The people were helpful and polite. I am close to an entrance and appreciate the dollies being there for me to use.

I had a locker at this location, Sandra Schmirler Way, and dealt exclusively with Stephanie the manager. She was excellent to deal with. She was so personable, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. A couple of times she wasn't in the office but working on site. She came to help me out immediately. Her customer service is excellent.I highly recommend renting a storage locker at this location. Stephanie goes above and beyond every time.

Sam was very helpful finding a unit for me. She took the time to make sure I understood the contracts and was very professional.

Stephanie was great super friendly and imformative. Knows whats shes doing so it was nice and fast process.

THAT STORAGE PLACE REGINA REVIEWS

We rented for a heated unit for 6 months. I reserved online through their website and did about 10 minutes of paperwork when I was ready to use the unit. I could manage my payment method online as well, which was good for me. Received a partial refund when I left mid-month (which I was NOT expecting). Best place in town in my opinion. Thanks to the staff there for making this super easy and convenient.

This place is incredibly well run. The unit I rented was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean and the 24 hour access was great, considering much of my moving was done outside of typical business hours. Thank you so much for a making our moving process a little bit easier.

I 100% recommend That Storage Place to anyone looking for storage. They have clean unit’s, various sizes, easily accessible, easy vacate process and friendly service.
