SPEERS FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES REVIEWS

Speers and their staff provided us fantastic support when we lost our 21 year old daughter and son-in-law in a car accident last July. They were able to bring our daughter from Calgary to Regina while ensuring us she was being taken care of. From the embalmer to the front desk staff, the Speers team supported us every step of the way. Our funeral director, Michaela was empathetic, comforting, and thorough. The cost of goods and services was very fair and we feel very satisfied in how we were able to honour our daughter’s life. We highly recommend Speers! There is no better place to care for your loved one, you and your family during the time of your greatest loss.

Before our father's recent passing, I had never participated in planning a funeral service before. It is a daunting task, but Speers made the experience good for us. We felt very well cared for, everything was done in the best possible taste, and the staff was fantastic. Having the expertise of Ferlin and Kelly was invaluable during such a difficult time. I would have no problem in recommending Speers to anyone in the same situation.

With the passing of my aunt, Speers was extremely flexible with the family's wishes. They are very helpful and compassionate group of people. Thank you for your kindness. We very much appreciate it.

At Lee's Funeral Home, Kiana Maisonneuve was our representative. She was very professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly and kind. We were extremely fussy about the memorial bookmark. Kiana showed exceptional patience and creativity to produce the perfect bookmark as we envisioned it. We never felt pressured or rushed. We would highly recommend Lee's Funeral Home and Crematorium.

In a distressing time, the staff of Lee Funeral Home was exceptional! From initial visit, to the service, to the graveside, the staff was professional, compassionate, and thoroughly organized. Thank you.

VICTORIA AVENUE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE REVIEWS

I have nothing but good things to say about this funeral home, when my mother passed we had to have a service done quickly, due to family members from out of province only being available for limited time. They handled everything so professionally and billed our funeral insurance and arranged for all paperwork. They met with us and even conducted the service as clergy was not available. They did my father's prayers/wake and service years ago and they will do my service and my sons when the time comes, with as much care and dignity as they have with us previously. Thank you for your professionalism, caring and dignity you bring to this time in our lives.

We have now used Victoria Avenue Funeral Home and Cremation Centre for the burial of both of my parents. We have experienced their caring and professional manner ensuring every detail was met. They did not pressure us into making any purchase we had not decided on. We felt the cost was very reasonable too. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

I will be scattering my husband's ashes overseas this summer. Greg looked after everything, including the repackaging of the ashes to meet CATSA standards and all the paperwork. The family was impressed with the service we received at the time of death, but this act of kindness put them in the five-star range.
