Alex came out to look at our dishwasher, and was able to solve the issue quickly, and without requiring any additional parts. While he was there he also diagnosed a new issue with the water dispenser in our fridge, and was able to have the part ordered and the fridge fixed within 2 days. Alex is extremely professional, prompt, and had great communication. It's clear he is interested in fixing the issues and not in automatically assuming new parts are needed. We highly recommend him.

Alex was amazing! He was very accommodating with my schedule and came right on time. Our dishwasher had a couple issues and Alex was quick to diagnose each problem and efficiently fix it! He's also super friendly and has great prices for the amount of work that he did. I will definitely be calling him again in the future.
