Service technician Calen came to do some warranty work on our new stove, the gentleman was very polite and took great care of watching not to damage/get anything dirty in our recently renovated kitchen by laying down a padded work blanket to protect floor/countertop. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired all in a matter of 40 mins. He was kind enough to explain to us about what he was doing and how he was going to repair it. Calen was very pleasant and engaging in conversation while repairing our stove. I highly recommend Shaughnessy Appliance Service Ltd. Thanks again! John.

This is the second time I've used Shaughnessy to fix my appliances. I'm VERY happy to say that once again, the service was outstanding. Joe came and replaced the motor in the dishwasher. He did an excellent job. When running it through a test cycle, he heard something - a very faint occasional clicking - that I thought was normal. He knew exactly what it was and fixed it as well. Now it's running even better than before. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and amiable. I'll strongly recommending Shaughnessy to friends and family. How can I not? The repair people showed up on time and were both friendly and professional. They did a good job of fixing our dryer. One repair person was training the other which was fine. The more experienced repair person explained the repair as well as suggestions for keeping the appliance in good running order. Overall, I was very happy with the service call and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
