Fantastic service from John start to finish. Kept time, highly communicative and I couldn't be happier with all the help outside of the fix. My washer works again, which is most important of course I HIGHLY recommend John and the GoTech team. Impressed!
John did a great job repairing our LG dryer. He called in advance to let me know he could get to us earlier than expected. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed a broken circuit on the control board and was able to do an on-site repair.
John was able to come earlier than our appointment time & was quick to diagnose the problem. It thankfully was an easy fix but he took the time to show me & explain what was going on.
We will definitely use them again in the future for any repair we may need!
