Looked at all the positive reviews from Newtech Appliances and booked a service call today for our dryer. Amin was great, on time, and transparent on what the issues were. Replaced the issue on our dryer as the heat sensors were not functioning. Thanks again for the great service!.
Amin is very fair and easy to work with. He didn't even charge us when his technician came in to do an assessment, but couldn't find a replacement board for my older Jenn-Air Fridge. He also assisted us on our insurance claim! Thanks for your help Amin - you deserve this good review on google!.
Amin was excellent in servicing my refrigerator. He was punctual, personable, persistent. He diagnosed the issue right away and was honest and true to his word. I will use new tech appliance repair in the future if the need is there.
