Amazed by the Phi Foundation, couldn't believe it was free! So many cool installations and the staff were so knowledgeable and welcoming. We will definitely be back each time there is a new exhibit. Hidden gem for sure.
Went to see the Yayoi Kusama exposition and it really surpassed my expectations. The center is very well managed and the exposition was amazing. Loved the experience.
The Yayoi Kusama exposition was just simply amazing and I loved every bit of it. The place is not hard to find and well located. The staff is super friendly as well.

Galerie MX was established in 2006. The specific mission of Galerie MX is to identify and promote rising contemporary artists from Canada and around the world. Their 6,000-square-foot exhibit room is where they arrange meetings and exhibits. The Quartier International, Montreal's Center for the Arts, is where the Gallery is situated. There is an extensive collection of public art all around the Gallery. Since 2011, Galerie MX has been a member of the Association of Canadian Artists and offers an exclusive collection of works for sale by the top contemporary artists. The Gallery connected its operations to those of the distribution company Mensi & Rioux, enabling artists represented by Gallery MX to make use of the company's extensive experience in expanding their businesses internationally. Additionally, they want to support the public's discovery of current, contemporary artists, whether they are Canadian or from other countries. They hold that a thin line exists between the world of artists, their works, and the world of gallery owners, tearing down the curtain of the unknown and allowing onlookers to view that world.

GALERIE MX REVIEWS
A great contemporary art gallery that offers several exhibitions during the year. They show works from local artists and international artists. The gallery is very large; it has two floors and the art pieces change often. Definitely, a great place to see Dominic Besner’s art and other great artists.
I went there with my kids to see some of my favorite artists paintings. The staff took time to welcome us and even talk with the kids about what they liked. It was a good experience.
One of the best galleries in Montreal you can explore.
