BOTA BOTA, SPA-SUR-L'EAU REVIEWS
Wonderful spa....super spa day. Great service, beautiful indoor and outdoor amenities. A day of needed relaxation and zen. The relaxing massage did more than it was intended to do, the outdoor pools and lounge areas serene with a gorgeous backdrop of old Montreal, hidden relaxing gems and spaces throughout the indoor and indoor facility. It was July when I visited and weather was hot so great day to enjoy and benefit from the outdoor space. I can't wait to come back!
Great spa! Had an amazing massage and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. You can do the water circuit either on the boat or in the garden. On the boat they ask for silence whereas in the garden you can talk. I found most ppl in the garden were lounging as opposed to doing the circuit but that had the benefit of not many ppl in the steam room or sauna. Navigating the boat is a little challenging and instructions on the water circuit would be appreciated but all around it's a great way to spend a few hours. I had an issue with online booking but booking over the phone was very easy. Robe and towel are handed to you at check in and they do have plus size available.
Great place for quiet relaxation! Don't forget to bring your own sandels unless you have tough feet for those hot sauna floors! Phones are not allowed inside.

SCANDINAVE SPA VIEUX-MONTRÉAL REVIEWS
My first time at this spa location and I was impressed. The spa was very nice and clean. It was very well maintained, the staff did a very good job keeping the place clean with frequent wiping and sweeping. And of cousre, there were frequent refills of refreshment. I love the fact that I only had to bring my bathing suite, everything else was provided such as towels, bathrobe, slippers, hair clip (brand-new), hair straightener. The Swedish massage was the best I have had so far, very well-done with the pressure points. I highly recommended this spa.
Loved it! Never been to a Scandinavian spa and I have to say it was so relaxing and decompressing for the day. Going here was the best decision my husband and I made to end our last full day in Montreal! Do as the guides say; hot, cold, relax, and repeat. There are a few options for each section. My personal favourite was the eucalyptus steam(was a bit intense for me but in a good way), the hot bath, cold bath and beds provided for rest. Actually fell asleep for a bit. Smoothies were delicious, the times when they bring them are posted. Stay hydrated! Lemon water and tea are provided and was very refreshing. When we visit Montreal again we will definitely be coming back to Scandinave Spa!
Great experience, lovely spa. Silence is key at this spa and it truly allows you to relax when your there. An assortment of baths as well as a sauna and steam room. You decide your bath rotation and indulge in relaxation. Highly recommend.

ESPACE NOMAD REVIEWS
Love this place...great massages, waxing and manicures...all in a very relaxing setting. Their juice/smoothie bar is also superb! For pregnant ladies, you cannot beat the massage here as they have the special cushion that allows you to get massaged as you normally would...highly recommend it!
Awesome. It had been years since I went for a massage, and it was hard to know how to pick where to do it, but everything was so effortless here. Had a wonderful massage from Richard, and I'm sure I'll be back. The juice bar at the entrance is a nice touch to be able to have a little something before heading out.
Nice place to get good massage in a relaxing and quiet setting. Booking an appointment was very easy online. Many options available depending on the need. Cute little boutique at the entrance to grab a drink or buy any useful, health-related soothing objets or gift. Helpful staff.
