BOTA BOTA, SPA-SUR-L'EAU REVIEWS
Great spa! Had an amazing massage and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. You can do the water circuit either on the boat or in the garden. On the boat they ask for silence whereas in the garden you can talk. I found most ppl in the garden were lounging as opposed to doing the circuit but that had the benefit of not many ppl in the steam room or sauna. Navigating the boat is a little challenging and instructions on the water circuit would be appreciated but all around it's a great way to spend a few hours. I had an issue with online booking but booking over the phone was very easy. Robe and towel are handed to you at check in and they do have plus size available.
Great spa experience. Luckily we came during warm weather because a lot of the spa is outside. The third and fourth floors are silent floors, so you’re not supposed to converse. They do enforce that so be aware. The terrace allows for conversation so we spent most of our time there. We had the relaxation massage which was amazing. I would recommend the massage and water circuit package to get the full experience of the spa.
Perfect place to disconnect from the world. No phones allowed. They had a locker system for you to put away all your things safely. The gardens' pools were amazing and you had many places to sit/lay down to relax. Massages were perfection. Staff is very nice and attentive to your needs.

SCANDINAVE SPA VIEUX-MONTRÉAL REVIEWS
Loved it! Never been to a Scandinavian spa and I have to say it was so relaxing and decompressing for the day. Going here was the best decision my husband and I made to end our last full day in Montreal! Do as the guides say; hot, cold, relax, and repeat. There are a few options for each section. My personal favourite was the eucalyptus steam(was a bit intense for me but in a good way), the hot bath, cold bath and beds provided for rest. Actually fell asleep for a bit. Smoothies were delicious, the times when they bring them are posted. Stay hydrated! Lemon water and tea are provided and was very refreshing. When we visit Montreal again we will definitely be coming back to Scandinave Spa!
Great experience, lovely spa. Silence is key at this spa and it truly allows you to relax when your there. An assortment of baths as well as a sauna and steam room. You decide your bath rotation and indulge in relaxation. Highly recommend.
My wife and I had massages today. Both massages were excellent as was the actual facility. MICHELLE, she is excellent for deep.tissue I took advantage of the hot and cold therapy baths and saunas and the entire experience was excellent

ESPACE NOMAD REVIEWS
Awesome. It had been years since I went for a massage, and it was hard to know how to pick where to do it, but everything was so effortless here. Had a wonderful massage from Richard, and I'm sure I'll be back. The juice bar at the entrance is a nice touch to be able to have a little something before heading out.
Nice place to get good massage in a relaxing and quiet setting. Booking an appointment was very easy online. Many options available depending on the need. Cute little boutique at the entrance to grab a drink or buy any useful, health-related soothing objets or gift. Helpful staff.
Super warm and lovely people :) Me and my doggo got caught in the rain storm/tornado warning and they invited us in to take shelter and gave us towels. Will look into booking my next spa appointment here, the atmosphere is really lovely!
