She helped us pick out the most beautiful dress and attended to all our needs with the utmost care and professionalism. Her customer service was outstanding, making the entire experience truly special. Amina is the best! I highly recommend asking for her when you visit the store—you will not regret it.

I had a great experience with Nadia and her girls. I told them my budget and they follow with it. She was able to get my dress on a short notice and is very kind and understanding. I’ve bought two dresses for occasions this summer and the styles and quality are amazing. Service both times was exceptional as well. Team is super nice. What makes this store stand out is their service. I bought a dress in May for an event in Greece in August and I only just re-tried it on to find out it doesn’t fit, with two days until my trip! Rookie mistake! I reached out to their team as they still have this dress in the size I need and Lily went above and beyond by listening, emphasizing and escalating to store management to see if they could exceptionally help me. Because of their above and beyond service, I’ll be happy to recommend them and will only by my event dresses through them moving forward! Exceptional service! Thanks everyone involved!

My friends recommended it for a dress for a wedding and they were right Shopping at Boutique 1861 was so pleasant from start to finish! All the staff is helpful and patient, they have a huge selection of dresses so you'll definitely find something for you. And the decor is so charming! Will definitely be back & definitely recommend it

This was my first stop in bridal shopping and I am so glad I made an appointment here. From the first step into the boutique to walking out, I was made to feel very special. Noemie did such a fantastic job of pulling dresses and helping me into them that I could not recommend this boutique any higher. Great selection, great service and a must visit for your bridal gown shopping.

I had an amazing experience wedding dress shopping here - I am so thankful to our consultant Amélie. She was able to squeeze me in her schedule although I did not book an appointment. She was able to match the style I wanted. She honestly made a difference in my experience.

My sister purchased her wedding dress from here on the first try. Manon was so helpful and made my sister feel like a princess with the dresses she pulled. Overall, the service here is A+. I would recommend everyone to come here.
