TOP 3 MOUNT ROYAL PARK REVIEWS
One of the best attractions of Montreal. You can view the beautiful city from the top and enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty during the walk. There is ample parking ($3.5 per 30 minutes or so) and the viewpoint is 5 minutes away. It is wheel chair/stroller accesible but you might have to push a little given the steep incline at some points. But, overall, conveniently accessible.
Great place .. view from the top is worth while , don't.get misled by some videos were they say it is big hike .. it convenient and manageable .. there are signs all the way to reach the top There is park for kids to enjoy, a big pond were you can see fish it is so clean you can see the surface.
A view of the whole city and easily accessible, what more can you ask for. Really a great place attached to the park.

TOP 3 LA FONTAINE PARK REVIEWS
The entrance is looking amazing with tall trees providing nice shades for picnic. Seems like a nice park except the lake was dried and growing weeds. Otherwise, it would be a fantastic view with the lake. Picnic area: It's spacious enough to hold big crowds with lots of shades to fit everyone.
Central hub for greenery and good vibes in the city. My partner and I spent many hours in leisure enjoying the sun and the sounds of the community. Grab a picnic blanket and lounge. Or take a stroll by the water. Pet some dogs. Commune with the locals. It’s all so fulfilling.
Large public park with fountains and makeshift wooden skateboard ramps. Great place to sit and chill or bike around.

TOP 3 PARC JARRY REVIEWS
My favorite park in the city. We often get cappuccinos & snacks at Boulangerie Jarry and then walk down to the park for a little picnic. There are lots of very different areas - the large pond, with ducks and red winged blackbirds and a big fountain in the middle; a huge grassy expanse, where people often gather to fly planes, sunbathe, or let children & pets run around; a large playground area for kids; and an excess of sports areas. There's a large sports complex and a public swimming pool bordering the park as well, and a splash pad for kids (though it isn't always up and running). Between all these spaces are plenty of treed areas and grassy hills to lounge on! It's my little happy place in the city. I would highly recommend a visit :) Dog-friendliness: There are always lots of dogs out and about. It's a great place to take your dog on a walk, provided the dog is good with strangers. Picnic area: There are TONS of picnic benches & picnic areas to choose from, both out in open grassy areas as well as tucked under trees in more shaded areas. The shaded areas do fill up fast on weekends & sunny days.
I love parc Jarry. It's close to my place and I love having walks there, meditating, sitting by the fountain or reading a book. Sometimes it's very crowded, so I prefer going there in the very early morning. It has swimming pools, playgrounds, a dog park and more. This park is just amazing. The fountains, the basketball courts, the green areas, the winking pools. In the morning it's very quiet and a lot of people come to enjoy their activities; yoga, outdoor dance classes and more.
Beautiful park, large and full of places to stay for a while. You see a lot of sports and fields around. A picnic with your partner or friends in Jarry Park is a very good option.
