I usually go to Scott at Beltone in Langley, but I needed a quick tune up so I went to their Chilliwack office. Owen was great and got me set up and on the way in no time. I highly recommend Beltone.

Thank you Doug for taking the time with my technical issue. I was so impressed that even though I’m with another company, you took the time to address my issue. When I’m in the market for a new hearing aid I will definitely see what Beltone can offer.

My mother was experiencing increased hearing loss, but was hesitant to initiate investigation. She was quite nervous about the process. We finally booked an appointment and had the good fortune of seeing Marcy. She immediately felt at ease and was so comfortable with Marcy's calm and gentle manner. She explained the testing process clearly and allowed ample time for questions. She covered all the choices of hearing aids and recommended several options to consider, pointing out features of specific models. It was a very positive experience for my mother and Marcy is to be commended for her work.

Shannon was exceptional. We had a family member have to leave their charger behind when they were evacuated because of a wildfire in BC. She was compassionate, kind, and found us a charger so that our family member could continue to hear when everything else felt uncertain and scary. We are so grateful for her kindness and resourcefulness.

The staff at the Chilliwack location are great. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the whole process from testing, then receiving my new hearing aids. The follow up I have received is wonderful too.
