The most helpful experience. The best idea ever to visit and deal with this business establishment. The staff were so caring and amazing. The information I received Was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with insurance and checking in with my use of the machine as everything was new to me. I highly recommend this business to anyone trying to better their health and look for reliable ways to help with sleep apnea problems.

I can't thank Oxylife enough! After just one night I could tell the difference and I wake up rested! It is truly life changing! I have already referred my husband. Everyone at Oxylife is amazing, professional and understanding! Excellent service.

I was recently approved for a new sleep machine and and mask. Having dealt with clinical sleep in the past, I contacted Matea. She was able to get my things in order for the purchase through my existing benefits, not always an easy task.This woman is very efficient at her job and knows the process very well. Even when I thought it wasn't going so smooth she walked me right through the hiccup. Nick walked me through the new system with ease as well. I highly recommend clinical sleep for their help, and highly recommend them for any sleep apnea products. I've dealt with others in the past, but this one is the easy answer. Thank you guys for your help.

Yin Vong has been my respiratory therapist in the Abbotsford Clinical Sleep Solutions since I started with my CPAP therapy so many years ago. When the Abbotsford office closed, I briefly went to another CPAP place where my files got transferred. After 2 visits, I decided I needed to go back to Yin, as I was missing the warmth and ease of interaction during my consults and the trust that I built with her over the years knowing that she has my best interest at heart. So, I decided to drive to the Chilliwack office to see her again and put my care under her capable hands again. I just learned recently that she is now permanently in Burnaby. Guess what I'll be doing on my next appointment :) I will be driving all the way to Burnaby from Abbotsford to see Yin again. I will follow her wherever she is stationed. Thanks for taking care of me all these years Yin.

I was apprehensive of getting a cpap machine, but Yin and Matea made it very easy for me. They guided me through my trial cpap journey. They have given me alot of support and offered assistance when I needed it. Yin is very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate this place very much.

Amanda was so helpful and forgiving when I had so many issues with fitting the mask. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have gone through the trial, my insurance company took a lot longer to finalize the approval, but they let me keep the machine. All staff was fabulous to deal with. Thanks again.

Amanda is my clinician and she immediately put my mind at rest about using a CPAP machine. This office is welcoming and professional. I also like the fact that you get follow-up after getting your machine. They are always there at the end of a phone if needdd.

The staff walked us through everything from the paperwork for our insurance to making sure we are having the best sleep experience. I highly recommend this location over others. Talk to Tina she will make it all happen for you.
