HORIZON MEDICAL CLINIC REVIEWS

After seeing several doctors that did very minimal work ups on my 11 month old, we decided to come to Horizon. The nurse practitioner was so good with my daughter, thorough and informative. We had gone to another doctor a week prior with the same issue and the doctor brushed it off as we are first time parents. When we came to Horizon, they did a full work up and were able to diagnose my baby right away and prescribe her the proper medication. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

New to BC and without a doctor, we had an extremely positive experience at this clinic. We arrived at 6:45 am just before the 7:00 am opening. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. The doctor was excellent! I recommend getting there early as it was quite busy when we finished our appointment. I will be returning to this clinic when needed and highly recommend it.

I have taken my kids to this walk in clinic a number of times and yes, the wait times are frequently long but, the doctors are extremely helpful, professional, and great with kid.

This doctor was incredible! She was professional, made time to discuss all my options, supported me with words of encouragement and at the end, summarized everything and ensured I understood the outcome of the visit. If I could, I would choose her as my family doctor. What an absolutely amazing human being.

Was fast friendly and caring I wish more places would do this phone consult then just pick up my medication was great I will be using this clinic from now on thank you for being there when I needed.

Very kind doctor made me feel very comfortable and payed attention to what I had to say and also read reports so he was very helpful.

I’m in the care centre while leaving this review. I found them amazing. I called them earlier in the day. They told me a nurse would call back later. She called, and based on symptoms they got me in immediately. When I came here I was almost taken right back. The centre is clean, it was relatively quiet for a hospital setting. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and thorough. I see bad reviews for this place. I can understand everyone’s experience different. But mine was really good.

Incredible service from start to finish. The nurses and nurse practitioner were kind, attentive and supportive. One of the best experiences in Fraser Health, I’ve ever had.

Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Prompt and professional care for my son! I really appreciated it! Thank you.
