Dr. Balcaen shows a sincere, true interest in helping his patients. He is a kind soul and doesn't just rush you out the door like many other doctors I've seen. He provides thorough explanations of health related matters which I really appreciated. It's much easier to stay on a healthy lifestyle plan when you know exactly why you are doing it. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Ryan Lewis and Registered Nutritionist Kristen McDow are the dream team! I have been working with them for just about a year now and have had huge improvements in my health - both physically and mentally. They both take the time to fully understand your unique situation. They provide easy to manage tools so you can succeed and see results! I really appreciate the whole foods approach first, then supplements, as personally I try to avoid medications. Check out this local business whose passion is your health!

My husband and I have been seeing Jeffrey for registered massage therapy for years and highly recommend him. He is very professional and friendly. Everyone at Seek Optimal always makes me feel welcome and I can’t wait to try other services they have to offer.

Dr.Lewis is the pro-lo therapy King! He is an expert. A big hearted, determined doctor, who knows his work. A professional at heart. Go see him, he will make you cry tears of joy.

I have advanced hip arthritis & bursitis and do not want surgery. After four treatments and two B12 injections from Dr. Lewis, I have now eliminated my Celebrex pills for about a week and take a Tylenol arthritis pill occasionally. I'm hoping to get off the pills altogether and the future for this is promising. He has helped me a lot and I'm glad to have him close to home. - TL Reply

Dr. Fox took the time to truly listen to me and dig deeper into the why of my symptoms instead of just treating them. She is highly knowledgeable and when suggesting things that didn’t work for my body she had other options as well. I especially liked how she was open to working alongside other professionals I am working with and celebrated all the different ways an individual can get support. Validation, empathy and knowledge were the cornerstone of how she approached supporting me. Thanks Dr. Fox!

I had my initial visit with Dr Fox a few months ago and it was wonderful. I felt listened to and respected as a patient. Dr Fox offered realistic suggestions and was incredibly knowledgeable.
