I had the most amazing costumer service experience! I went in looking for a new eye cream and Githa went over and beyond expectations to help me find exactly what I needed. She provided me with information to make an informed choice that fit within my budget. She also spent the time to follow up with me to make sure my new product was working exactly as it should. I have had a few questions since, and Githa has continued to provide support!

I got cool sculpting done here, first session back in October and just had my second session today. I deal with Vanessa and she is super friendly and always makes me feel comfortable, I really enjoyed my first experience with something like this and can't wait to see how much my results improve after this second session!

Knowledgeable people & a friendly environment. Dr & support staff are kind, straight forward. Exceptionally accommodating to clients.

The staff at Smooth Effects is amazing! They are responsive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I've been a client for a year now and am incredibly happy with every service I've received. Their machines and technology are top of the line, their office is clean and welcoming and their monthly specials are consistently excellent! I've told many friends about their services and I will continue to tell many more!

After going to smooth effects for years I have nothing but good experiences, receiving laser hair removal in many areas, dermaplanning and facials. The staff is always so knowledgable, approachable and professional making it a really comfortable environment!

I went to Smoothe Effects for a facial, where I ended up getting a Hydra Facial. The staff were so kind, it was very clean and the facial was amazing! I can’t wait return for laser!
